Centos 5.1 - 64 bit.

Ran the java patch *before* running the installer. Installer asked to install perl-curses, which I allowed. It then asked me for the MySQL root password, which I provided.

It eventually gave me the option to upgrade my install to 5.2.0. I chose to upgrade and it seemed to complete successfully.

Bizarre!

I did a reboot, but it did not help. Then for the heck of it, I tried the repair-upgrade.pl script from http://www.groundworkopensource.com:8080/browse/GWMON-27

It fixed my issue!

I deleted my "joe" user ages ago, before upgrading to 5.2.0, but the error messages I was getting in the browser related to /usr/local/groundwork/guava/packages/profiletools/views/profiletools.inc.php not being found so I wouldn't have thought that a missing default user account missing could have anything to do with this.

Great news!!

Issue resolved when Centrex applied the repair-upgrade.pl script.
