GroundWork Monitor Among 20 Great Windows OSS Projects

As the article mentions, you can run your GroundWork Monitor server in a VMware virtual machine (and theoretically other VMs, as well) running on top of Windows. Additionally, and what the article doesn’t mention, is that GroundWork Monitor is capable of monitoring Windows machines in either an agentless or agent-based fashion, according to your needs.
A surprising number of GroundWork customers run predominantly Windows-based shops, with some as high as 90% of their servers running Windows. Stay tuned for upcoming news about GroundWork and Windows over the next few months.
