I have verified on two separate installations of GWMOS version 5.2.1 a bug in configuration setup of Groundworks. If you are configuring a host you are required to pick a Host Template. I do not have any other host templates because I use generic-host and then override what I need to. When you override the Notification settings by following your steps "Uncheck the left checkbox on the directives below to override the template values." it does not work properly. I save and commit the changes without any issue however when the Notifications go off it reverts back to what is set in the generic-host template.
