I am attempting to run just nagios with the monarch product and am experiencing the above problem when pre-flight testing and commiting my config to nagios using monarch 2.5.0 and Nagios 3.0.6. Everything else seems to going fine but it gives warning as "No default contacts or contactgroups defined". Monarch database gets updated but config files doesn't. for ex. contact_templates.cfg. Due to it its not able to send any notifications also.

Is this a known bug or do I have a config issue somewhere. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
