We've revised pricing for smaller customers

To enable smaller customers to deploy GroundWork Monitor Enterprise (GWME) and get a great deal on our server, network and application monitoring solution, we have revised our pricing.

Customers now have two new purchasing paths:

• Join our GroundWork Monitor Flex Level 1 Program now starting at $2,000/year for up to 50 devices. (The previous minimums were $4,000 for 100 devices). This comes with a full year of email-based support 6am to 6pm (PT), access to our Web-based knowledge base "GroundWork Connect," a year of upgrades and new releases of GWME, and the ability to purchase additional monitoring capacity in convenient 25 device chunks.

• Buy an Enterprise Quickstart subscription and receive GWME 6.2 software for up to 50 devices! By purchasing a new EQS subscription for $49, you get 60 days of best-effort email support. EQS subscriptions don't include software upgrades.

GroundWork broadens reach with ArcSight log management

To address customer needs, GWOS is distributing the latest version of ArcSight's log management software, ArcSight Logger 5.0. The industry-leading universal log management solution helps IT professionals with security, compliance and IT operations for only $49.

The partnership is designed to help GWOS customers integrate their GroundWork Monitor solution with sophisticated log management to solve IT operations problems more quickly. The ArcSight software is available through the GWOS store.

ArcSight Logger 5.0 complements GWOS' flagship GroundWork Monitor software by adding sophisticated log management to GroundWork Monitor's network and system management solutions.

GroundWork and ArcSight will host a webcast, "Universal Log Management with ArcSight Logger 5.0" at 10 a.m (PT) on Wednesday, Sept. 29, to discuss Logger 5.0's new features and possible future GroundWork Monitor integration.

GroundWork for MSPs delivers fatter margins

We recently launched a microsite designed for Web hosters, managed service providers (MSPs), outsourcers and other service providers that monitor infrastructure on behalf of their customers. Many service providers already monitor with open source projects but need the reporting, dashboards and access controls that come from an Enterprise-oriented solution.

With the recent changes to our Flex program MSPs can now get the best of both worlds from GroundWork Monitor Enterprise at a new low starting price. GroundWork Monitor Enterprise is a great platform on which to build premium monitoring services for your custiomers, at a fraction of the cost and complexity of a traditional Enterprise monitoring suite.
