Ganglia “Project in Residence” at GroundWork Open Source

March 6, 2008 - 12:17 pm

We held the first in-person meeting of the Ganglia Project Team at our offices last week: the team was able to accomplish things they couldn’t with email or instant messaging: it was great watching them code sprint to Ganglia 3.1, the next major release; a lot of major architectural proposals were resolved on the spot and participants were checking in changes on the fly.

I uploaded my photos of the event to flickr:

It was great hanging out with the guys for this Inaugural Ganglia Team “Project in Residence” Meeting: it felt a lot like the Cacti Team meetings we’ve hosted during LinuxWorld week the last couple of years.
