We're running a survey of our community focused on integrating GroundWork Monitor with helpdesk/trouble-ticketing software packages. The survey remains open, so help guide us on our product roadmap and partnering strategy by completing this one-page, 9-question survey.

Some of our results to date:

• The most-used helpdesk/ticketing products in our survey are BMC Remedy and open source OTRS (Open Technology, Real Support) at 16% of respondents each.
• 82% want to manually select which alerts from their monitoring systems become trouble tickets, instead of dumping every alert into the helpdesk system.
• Huge support for integrating these two types of software—68% say that integration is important or very important.

Swinging Big

In July, GWOS's first-ever Wall Street Journal ad drew attention, especially with its offer of a free iPad. But we're doing plenty of other things too:

• In June, our customer base had quadrupled in eight months.
