Open Source Idol: Firefox takes the lead

August 7, 2008 - 4:04 pm

Little did we know that LinuxWorld attendees were such dancing machines and surprisingly all they needed was the persuasion by our four Open Source Idol contestants: Tux, the Linux kernel penguin, ‘Beastie’ the BSD Daemon, Mozilla’s Firefox and the GNU gnu.

Day 1: So, You Think Open Source Idols Can Dance?

Day 2: Dance Off: Tux and GNU vs. Beastie and Firefox

With less than 9 hours left to vote, Mozilla’s Firefox takes the lead over Tux and Beastie.

Remember, only you can decide: Can Tux keep his title? Will Firefox hold the lead?

If you haven’t voted, please vote online before 11:59 PM PDT tonight, Thursday, August 7, 2008
