A wise man once said "at the heart of any company is the network and IT infrastructure, which pumps life into every critical business element." IT system health is not only tied directly to the bottom line, it also determines the job security of many system administrators.
This session will cover the skills and tools the attendee needs to solve problems in real time and scale production systems as demand increases. The attendee will learn how to monitor his systems to anticipate problems before they happen, how to jump into action when necessary and how to avoid those late-night pages that keep him from getting a good night's sleep.
