Because Community Edition is varies slightly in terms of functionality from GroundWork Monitor Professional or Enterprise, the support parameters will also be slightly different so that only the functionality within Community Edition is addressed.

Community Edition Support Steps
- Step 1: Search Community Forums
- When you encounter technical issue, be sure to visit our forums first as your inquiry may have already been answered. If your issue does not already exist on the forums, submit a post for assistance (see Step 2).
- Step 2: Submit a Support Incident Ticket
- If you can’t find resolution in the forums, taking advantage of the GroundWork Open Source Support Team by submitting a free Incident Support Ticket.
