Accessing The GroundWork Connect Support Portal
GroundWork Connect is the Customer Support Portal designed to assist you in gaining the most out of GroundWork Monitor. Features of GroundWork Connect include:
My Cases
Review your cases from the GroundWork Connect home page:
- Select the case number of one of your most recent open cases to view details about the specific case.
- Select Go to Case Manager to work with your personal cases.
- Select Go to All Cases to view all cases opened by others at your company.
Search
Perform one search to generate results from these resources: GroundWork Connect and GroundWork Open Source Forums. The Search field appears at the top right of each GroundWork Connect screen.
Knowledgebase
Access an extensive repository of information that includes product documentation, solutions, profiles, checks and plugins, and more.
Downloads
Download the latest RPMs for GroundWork Monitor and related products (see instructions below).
News & Events
Read regular updates, announcements, technical bulletins, training schedules and more.
Contacting GroundWork Support
During your Subscription term to GroundWork Monitor, you can submit service requests (cases) through GroundWork Connect at www.groundworkconnect.com, by telephone at 1-866-899-4342, or by email at [email protected]. We will provide access to plug-ins and agents, fix bugs, record and respond to enhancement requests, and assist with issues related to integration between the GroundWork server and monitored hosts according to our Service Level Agreement. Note that high severity (Severity = 1) requests should be submitted via telephone.
Also during your Subscription term you are entitled to all new versions, enhancements, and upgrades to the GroundWork Monitor software and related documentation.

Downloading Products
Current versions of GroundWork Monitor and related products are available for download on GroundWork Connect. To download and install the latest versions of our products, follow the steps below:
- Log into GroundWork Connect as instructed in your GroundWork Connect access notification email..After successful login the GWConnect home page appears.
- From the home page, select the Downloads tab or click the Downloads link in the left navigation bar.
- In the Download section, based on your operating system, select the correct product link.
- Download and review the Distribution Notes. The Install Guide defines the supported operating systems, software prerequisites, browser and hardware recommendations, and provides installation instructions.
- Once you have confirmed the initial systems requirements and are prepared for the installation, return to GroundWork Connect to download the required RPMs (repeat steps 1 through 3) and proceed with the installation as guided by the Install Guide.
