How Professional Services Works

Many of GroundWork's software offerings can be installed and configured without the need for either Training or Professional Services. When purchasing GroundWork software, your Sales representative will let you know the options for receiving both Training and Professional Services.

At present, the following software items require Training or a Professional Services engagement in order to receive Support:

Your Sales representative will work with the Professional Services group to prepare a Statement of Work (SOW) for the services you need. If our standard offerings don't provide what you are looking for we are quite happy to prepare a Time and Materials (T&M) SOW specific to your requirements that includes either on-site or remote delivery.
