Enterprise Quickstart for Amazon EC2 is a preconfigured Amazon Machine Image (AMI) designed to get GWOS Enterprise up and running in 10 minutes without the need for a dedicated test system or virtual machine. By utilizing GWOS Enterprise on Amazon’s on-demand infrastructure trying out GWOS Enterprise Quickstart is licensed up to 100 devices and includes:

• All Enterprise Edition functionality
• One seat in "Getting Started with GroundWork Monitor Training"
• Unlimited email support incidents for a single contact within the first 60 days of purchase. (Requires completion of training class.)

Note: The Enterprise Quickstart does not include access to the GroundWork Connect support portal at this time. Support for Quickstart customers is provided via email

To begin

1. Agree to the service agreement terms.
2. You may pay the service fee either by credit card or by PayPal.

After payment completion

1. Your contract terms begins once your payment has been processed. Please provide us your Amazon Account Number, in the format: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx at [email protected]. We will enable access to the AMI image on the EC2 service.
2. Start an instance of the AMI using the Amazon Management Console; then
3. Register your deployment here. This provides your support contact and other valuable information.
4. Take advantage of training and email support services to efficiently monitor your IT environment in the cloud. Completion of the included “Getting Started with GroundWork Monitor” course is required to receive support services.
