New GroundWork Monitor Customers: This course is intended for anyone who is responsible for the installation, configuration or maintenance of GroundWork Monitor. The training is designed for the network engineer/administrator who is already familiar with networking concepts such as IP addressing, routing, and L2 switching.

Quickstart Customers: Completion of this course one of the requirements for Quickstart customers to receive support. Please remember that your 60 days of support commences with your purchase date, NOT from the date you take the training. Prerequisites:

Prior experience with Unix or Linux permits the participant to concentrate on the core content of the training and increasing their absorption of the class content. Having this experience will enhance your understanding of the material and training, but is not a requirement. Also, having previously downloaded and installed a version of GroundWork Monitor will help the student get more out of the class, but is also not required.
