This interface includes a low latency event management console, multiple views of state and status, and an unlimited number of operational, strategic or personalized dashboards.

Standard reports covering availability, performance, capacity, and Service Levels for components, component groups, applications, and IT services are included with the capability to customize and create new reports to support.

The database also drives the notification subsystem; providing time-based notifications and escalations of alarms and warning conditions to phones, pagers, email, and third party notification managers.
