GroundWork Open Source Inks Worldwide OEM Agreement with Unisys
Unisys to offer GroundWork Monitor Professional as part of Unisys OASIS open source framework
San Francisco, CA — November 28, 2006 — GroundWork Open Source, Inc. (www.groundworkopensource.com), the leader in open source-based IT operations management, today announced an OEM agreement with Unisys Corporation (NYSE:UIS), a leading global technology services and solutions company.
Under the terms of the agreement, Unisys will offer GroundWork Monitor Professional, GroundWork's flagship open source based IT Operations Management solution as a new component of the Unisys Open and Secure Integrated Solutions (OASIS) framework.
The Unisys OASIS framework is a fully-integrated, certified set of open source software suites targeted specifically for enterprise-class computing based on open standards and fully supported through Unisys global services and vertical-industry solutions capabilities.
